About Roger

Born and raised in Artesia, NM, Roger Kilpatrick brings a deep understanding of the local community to his role as co-owner and broker of REMAX/AXIOM. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Roger's military career included high-level responsibilities, such as overseeing Safety of Flight operations while holding a top-secret security clearance.

After his military service, Roger transitioned into the oil, gas, and refining industry, where he spent over 35 years. Throughout his career, he held diverse roles focused on safety, health, environmental management, industrial hygiene, maintenance, and operations management. He eventually retired as Asphalt Plant Manager from a local refining company. In addition to his extensive experience, Roger earned an associate degree in Safety Engineering Technologies from Eastern New Mexico University while working full-time. He also held the Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

Roger and his wife, Ramona Kilpatrick—who is also a co-owner and broker at REMAX/AXIOM—are proud parents and grandparents, with a shared dedication to helping their clients navigate real estate decisions with confidence. Known for his outgoing personality and approachable style, Roger uses humor and warmth to make the buying and selling process comfortable and enjoyable.
